Board
Report. We
have begun an initiative to refurbish our club equipment and facilities.
E are preparing a list of
items to be repaired, upgraded, or replaced.
If you know fo items that belong on this list, please contact a member of
the Board and let us know whether you would like to be the godfather for that
project.
After
9 years of service on the ASC Cross Country Awards Committee, Renny Rozzoni has
asked to be relieved of duty. We
apprciate Renny’s many contributions to the club and wish him success with the
new film venture that is keeping him busy.
Get ready for another exciting film release.
Patrick
McKnight has stepped up to the plate and accepted responsibility for the X-C
Awards. You should now send the
details of your best cross country flights to pat to compete for these awards.
Good luck to Pat in this new venture.
We
have found the minutes of the meeting where the frequency of club general
membership meetings was changed from monthly to quarterly, so that particular
By-Laws change has been withdrawn. Another change that would create a Student Membership appears
Below voting on during the December 17 general membership meeting.
By-laws Change Proposal
The
following change to the By-Laws will be voted on at the next general membership
meeting on December 17. This change
was approved by the membership but was never changed in the formal copy of the
By-Laws and we have no record of the vote.
It
is proposed to change Article II of the By-Laws to add a new paragraph 2.8, to
read as follows:
2.8
