2009-10-11 19:58:31 Dave S....thanks for bringing the article last nite to Tim and Marys party (thanks Tim and Mary for the great time)...got to put it to use today.... thermal up to cloud base at 14k +....punch out front, connect with wave and soar right up and over the Cu to 17.5k....punch up wind to next wave and do it again...ridge soaring up the sides of a clouds multiple times watching your glory follow you up until you just sit up there in the smooth air a thousand feet or more over the cloud tops...pretty darn sweet.
